HEERA Singh is a highly qualified trainer who holds a Masters in Management and Organizational Learning from Lancaster University, UK and a Masters in Human Resource Management and Training from Leicester University, UK. He also attended a Trainers course in Oklahoma, USA, culminating in a Diploma. HEERA has vast corporate experience in the Management and Human Resource Management fields, with his last appointment in the corporate world being Strategic Change Manager of an internationally recognized Malaysian corporation engaged in both manufacturing and retailing activities.

HEERA has over fifteen years experience in the training field conducting leadership oriented courses covering areas such as motivation, teambuilding, managerial skills, and supervisory skills. He is a very well respected trainer who is held in high esteem by his peers. He is an excellent and interesting presenter with the natural ability to hold the attention of his audience throughout his presentation. He has conducted training for companies in various industries such as Matsushita, RHB Bank, Am Assurance, Maxis and the British Council.

In addition, HEERA is a prolific writer and has contributed various management articles for the mainstream media such as the New Strait Times, The Edge and other local Management Journals such as those of the Malaysian Institute of Management and the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management.

| HEERA has also had considerable international exposure having studied and worked in the United States, the United Kingdom and Cambodia. He was also privileged to have served a tenure of service in the United Nations Headquarters in New York City, USA. HEERA is also one of the few privileged Malaysians who are certified trainers with the American Management Association. He currently has the distinction of being appointed an adjunct lecturer with the University of Western Sydney. |
